You and your single friends are invited to the UKC events below.

The maximum number of attendees is at the discretion of the volunteer host.

When reserving for these events, give your first & last names plus home phone number.
Your home phone number is important - even if you reserve by email.
The host may need to call you about a last-minute change.

There is a $3 levy per person per event to be paid on arrival.

Ron invites you to enjoy dinner at one of the busiest restaurants in Toronto (corner of Church & Front), and the reason is clear – great food. It offers an eclectic menu to suit all tastes, including an extensive vegetarian selection. It has an extensive selection of wines from around the world as well as cocktails, and a selection of offerings from Canadian microbreweries. COST: green fees $34.39 for seniors and $46.99 for adults, plus the UKC $3 levy. Rentals are available: Clubs $25 with pull cart included, pull cart only $7, power carts $25/person. Mary and Marilyn invite you to join them for lunch at The Pickle Barrel, top floor of the Yonge-Eglinton Centre (N.W. corner). This popular restaurant has an extensive and reasonably-priced menu with a wide variety of food, beer and wine on offer. There are some great desserts too. Join Peter for an afternoon of Dixieland Jazz, 3:30pm to 6:30pm, by the Happy Pals, along with beer or wine refreshments and a chance to get up and dance along to the music if you wish. UKC limit of 10 people. Coming early is advised as it gets pretty busy once the music starts. Our group will probably leave around 6:15pm to go for dinner at the Sin and Redemption Pub, 136 McCaul Street (optional). Grossman’s is located at the Nassau Street stop of the TTC Spadina Street Car. Parking is available at the rear of Grossmans, on Cecil Street. You will be able to get close to the horses in the paddock, have a bet on your favourite horse and cheer the horses on from the grandstand. There is free parking.
